Research Mentoring- GFM (March 2026)

This research internship is designed as an immersive, developmental journey that guides

learners from their first encounter with a research problem to the completion of a

submission-ready scholarly manuscript. Rather than teaching research as a set of

isolated techniques, the program is structured around the lived reality of how research

is actually conceived, designed, analyzed, and communicated.

Across five carefully sequenced milestones, interns learn to think, act, and write like

researchers. The program emphasizes judgment, ethical responsibility, and scholarly

communication, ensuring that participants do not simply learn about research but

actively engage in its practice.

Congratulations, your internship duration is completed!

Please submit your manuscript draft and research records in this ERC Audit link for internship certificate and ERC clearance. 1st or last milestone leader or any other intern from each group has to submit the group records for all group to be eligible for certificate.
