Group Based Flexible Mentoring Program (GFM)

                                                                                 Online

We are introducing a new flexible model within the BMY Health Research Mentoring Program, designed to accommodate learners who require greater scheduling autonomy. Under this model, up to six interns may be individually matched with a mentor outside the standard cohort cycles, while accessing the full BMY Health research mentoring framework. The only exception is participation in cohort-based meetings with the Program Director. Progress will be monitored monthly by our coordinators, with less frequent tracking compared to cohort-based programs, making this option well suited for self-motivated learners. This flexible offering is ideal for healthcare professionals and students from any healthcare discipline worldwide who are unable to commit to fixed, time-bound cohorts.

Full GFM Internship- Tier 3 Model:

Interns will follow structured guidelines and workshop recordings available through our Learning Management System (LMS) and will meet their assigned mentor regularly according to a mutually agreed weekly schedule (total 18 weeks curriculum) over 4–6 months. Participants will get access to tutorials, workshop certificates, IRB approval for their project, and quality assurance checks by BMY Health. This tier 3 model supports best learning for beginners as well as those who know some basics but want to build a stronger foundation in research and/ or advanced learning. BMY Health Mentors with highest qualifications are engaged in this model (GFM-tier 3). Our alumni completing this internship as high performing interns are also engaged in co-mentoring or tier 2 (custom mentoring) models with further training.
