Researchers Trainings:
Master Research Ethics Through Interactive, Hands-On Training
Join our comprehensive research ethics workshop, designed to move beyond theory and equip you with the practical skills needed to navigate real-world ethical challenges. This immersive half-day program is structured around four core sessions: an introduction to the foundational principles of research ethics, best practices for obtaining and maintaining genuine informed consent, strategies for protecting vulnerable populations, and effective navigation of ethics review processes with meaningful community engagement. What sets this workshop apart is its emphasis on active learning—participants will apply their knowledge through interactive exercises, including critiquing sample consent forms, analysing real-world ethical case studies, and reviewing research protocols to identify potential gaps. Each hands-on activity is followed by plenary feedback and discussion, ensuring you leave with actionable insights. To maximise personalised learning, we limit group sizes, with experienced facilitators guiding every step. This workshop is led by a seasoned instructor with a proven track record in research ethics education, including delivering sessions for the NORHED Introduction to Research Ethics Series, presenting to postgraduate students at Mbarara University of Science and Technology, and hosting comprehensive research ethics webinars. Whether you are a graduate student, early-career researcher, or faculty member, this workshop will strengthen your ethical reasoning, boost your confidence in navigating ethics reviews, and prepare you to conduct research with integrity and impact. Secure your spot today and take the next step in becoming a more responsible and effective researcher.

IRB Trainings:
Good Governance & Holistic Approach in Research Ethics Training Series
An initiative started by BMY Health to contribute towards strengthening ethical oversight and governance in Pakistan, emphasizing that ethical research is not a technical requirement but a moral imperative. The speaker will introduce participants to the holistic concept of research ethics focusing on welfare of research participants, scientists and societies. These workshops invite institutions and individuals for supporting responsible practices in Research Ethics Boards, and are part of Scientific conferences.
