Week 9
Attention Research Interns! Week 9 has officially started and we're in the Data collection phase! Resolve any challenges timely!
Have a mentor meeting this week for discussing progress/ challenges of data collection and adjust strategy of recruitment, using flyers/ expanding platforms/ inviting friends/ BMY Health collaborators/ or considering any incentives for participants.
While collecting data collection, side by side complete any previous tasks along with Introduction and Methodology section of manuscript and submit to mentors.
Schedule for Week 9
Monday-Tuesday:
Decide target for daily data collection by team this week. Note challenges, response rate.
Mid week onwards:
Prepare notes on progress of data collection for mentors (Submission on Thursday), informing about:
- Average no. of individuals reached (fulfilling criteria); per week, per intern, per day
- Response rate of eligible persons
- Specific Challenges
- Drafting Introduction Section of Manuscript

Coordinate with your group. Reach out to HR person in case of any coordination difficulties with mentor (admin@bmyhealth.com).
